North Carolina's own Eric Church will headline both days of the fest. Other artists on the lineup include Modest Mouse, Willie Nelson, The Roots, Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros, Grace Potter, Tedeschi Trucks Band, Sheryl Crow and more.
